BONAVENTURA uses Shrink Leather from two renowned European tanneries: Perlinger, established in 1864, and Weinheimer. Each offers its own distinctive approach to leather craftsmanship and finishing.
Perlinger Shrink Leather
Perlinger Shrink Leather receives a nano glass water-repellent treatment during manufacturing. This treatment helps repel water and makes the leather less susceptible to dirt and stains.
With appropriate care, its beautiful appearance can be enjoyed for longer.
Weinheimer Shrink Leather
Odessa Leather is the name given to the highest-quality Shrink Leather in Weinheimer’s range. It is distinguished by a fine, relatively uniform grain created through the chrome-tanning and shrinking processes.
It also receives a special “Easy Care” treatment designed to help resist surface moisture and dirt, making everyday cleaning easier.
